Room 7

Welcome to Room 7.

Our room is made up of a mix of Year 5 and 6 students. We work in a colourful, fun and supportive environment. All students are encouraged to try their best with everything they do. Success is celebrated.

We focus on literacy and numeracy in the mornings. In the afternoons we concentrate on the arts, science, social sciences and heath and physical education. These are delivered through the inquiry approach where students are encouraged to investigate their interests.

We are lucky to have computers in the room. We use a variety of learning programmes on these and they are great for presenting our work. A selection of fantastic examples including art, stories and photos are on our walls for everyone to see.

This year our class has moved into Room 4 until the building upgrades in Rooms 6 and 7 are completed. It is a bit funny being so far from the rest of the school and we are looking forward to moving back into our new real classroom in Term 4.

Room 7 is a great place to learn in!
